1. SERVICES OVERVIEW
Stat Labs TX (Love Family Enterprises LLC) is a diagnostic laboratory located in DeSoto, Texas, offering lab testing services including routine blood work, DNA testing, drug testing, and related health services. We provide these services on a cash-pay basis at our facility and through mobile service options.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING TERMS OF SERVICE
Love Family Enterprises LLC (doing business as STAT LABS TX)
Stat Labs TX (Love Family Enterprises LLC) provides SMS messaging for appointment reminders, lab results notifications, special offers, discounts, and service updates to customers who opt in through our website.
Opt-In and Consent: By providing your phone number and checking the applicable consent checkbox(es) on our forms, you consent to receive text messages from Stat Labs TX for the purposes described at the time of opt-in. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent checkboxes are optional and forms may be submitted without selecting them.
Opting Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 800-785-4956. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Getting Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at 800-785-4956 or support@statlabstx.com.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message Frequency and Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 10 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. APPOINTMENT AND SERVICE POLICIES
All appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments as necessary. Lab results are typically provided within 48 hours. Specific turnaround times may vary depending on the type of test ordered.
Mobile service is available for an additional fee and is subject to geographic availability.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
All services are offered on a cash-pay basis. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept payments processed through Square. All payment data is handled and stored by Squareup in accordance with their privacy notice, available at: https://squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy.
Prices are subject to change. Current pricing will be displayed at the time of booking.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website and within our Services, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Love Family Enterprises LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
7. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to violate any regulations or laws, to infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others, to harass or discriminate, to submit false or misleading information, or to interfere with the security features of our Services.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of our Services or the information, content, or materials included therein. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to constitute medical advice. Lab results and testing services are provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed with a qualified healthcare provider.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Love Family Enterprises LLC, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Love Family Enterprises LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new
