We know your time is valuable. Most of our clients are in and out in 15 minutes or less.  However, if a test order requires a specimen to be collected at specific time points or if the donor is unable to provide a specimen at the scheduled appointment time, then a visit may take longer than 15 minutes.

  • How do I interpret my test results?

The results are in an easy-to-read format that clearly states if the test is within the normal range, positive or negative, or in matters of family relationship DNA testing, the statistical probability of relationship. You are encouraged to share your test results with your physician if the results are not within the normal range.

  • Can you e-mail my test results?

STAT LABS is able to e-mail most lab test results via our client portal. Additionally, we must follow all HIPAA guidelines and state regulations regarding distribution of test results. In order to release any records to third parties, a Release of Medical Records document must be signed and submitted by the tested individual/guardian BEFORE results are released in any form or fashion.

STAT LABS empowers you to manage your own health. Many illnesses and diseases can be identified and prevented by managing your healthcare proactively and working with your physician when test results are out of the normal range. Knowing the results of your tests can help you make educated decisions that can ultimately improve the quality of your life. Depending on the type of test, test results can also answer social questions, from paternity to drug abuse, and allow tested parties to better evaluate their next decision steps.
